I had a wonderful surprise yesterday.
A padded envelope was squeezed through my letterbox. It contained a black skirt printed with a red monkey pattern, a black zipper and a lovely note from a lady I know.
She reads my blog and knows I like clothes with "history". She wrote that she though that I would like the skirt, and that I could add the zipper it was missing.
I do like the skirt very much and this morning I took out the sewing machine and found a few pins.
After less than half an hour I had a "new "skirt.
