Earlier this week I, made some nutty, fluffy gluten-free buckwheat pancakes and it got me inspired to find more GF breakfast ideas. I'm not a gluten-free eater, but I have so many friends who are that I've been thinking about working GF foods into my regular diet more often -- and these recipes all look mouth-watering .

Gluten-Free Savory Breakfasts

I'm leaning toward starting with the quinoa scramble -- which ones look best to you? Do you have a favorite gluten-free breakfast recipe or tip?

Great roundup Julie! I was especially happy to find the gluten-free bagel recipe as most store-bought GF bagels have eggs in them (another allergy my son has). Thanks also for including me in your roundup.

I'm off to check this out. We really miss our oatmeal around here. (Which I know is on the fence with regards to gluten free -- but my son was so sick we've removed it as an option.)

They make my favorite gruel, brown rice farina. Great made with 1/2 stock 1/2 water with a poached egg on top and herbs mixed in.

Or, you know, with milk and honey or syrup if you like that kind of thing.

One of my favourite breakfasts is Bob's Red Mill Mighty Tasty Gluten-Free Hot Cereal. I picked it up on a whim and it really is mighty tasty.

As a mother of a son who has been recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease (he's 17 months) can I just thank you for listing these fabulous recipes and links?? Because they're awesome.

We're in the process of cooking mainly gluten-free as to avoid cross-contamination issues since my son was extremely ill prior to diagnosis. However, we still want food that tastes great -- and these recipes and resources really help.

Thanks again!
