MOTHERS AND CHILDREN: MARY CASSATT

Mary Cassatt was an American painter and printmaker. She lived much of her adult life in France, where she first befriended Edgar Degas and later exhibited among the Impressionists. She captures tender, deep affection between mothers and children.
