My Black Is Beautiful

I just read a press release about a new marketing campaign called, My Black Is Beautiful. It is a joint venture with Proctor & Gamble and Essence Magazine.
First off, I am so pleased that it is not a seasonally target campaign. Usually these things pop up around the winter when there is the King Holiday in January and African American History in February.
Secondly, I am for celebrating Black Beauty. I live in a diverse city of New York, and the peopl I see on the street are multicolored, but yet European looks are the only ones on the cover of magazines and on TV.
I went to the website and signed up. I hope more will come from it.
