Walked another mile today. I really enjoyed the beautiful morning sunshine and fresh air! I am trying something new: I am following a "paleo diet" meal plan for dinners, using doTERRA Slim and Sassy essential oil blend to control cravings, and walking every morning. (ok, most mornings!) Since staring this combination, I have been losing a pound a day! I am so psyched!
I have been inspired by my friend, Jenni, to not only lose weight, but to become more fit. Jenni has started training to participate in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer next year. To show my support for her, I have made a commitment to get out and walk as many mornings as I can! I know I won't succeed in getting out there *every* morning, so I won't set that as my goal. But, I am going to do my best to get out there and walk as many mornings as I can. Go! Jenni! Go!
