Patriotic Pool Noodle Wreath

[Editor's Note: A pool noodle as a wreath base?!?!? Why didn’t I think of that. Not only is this wreath thrifty, it is cute as all get out. Shannon from Fox Hollow Cottage gave her wreath a patriotic spin, but there is nothing that says you could not use this same idea on a wreath for any occasion.
