I was born and raised in a small town with friends who felt like family and family who felt like friends. Since my earliest memory, I wanted to be an investigative journalist in the mold of Lois Lane - adventure and all. Years and a lot of hard work later, I achieved my dream working at the city news desk. It wasn't everything that I thought it would be, it was beter.
I loved my job, but something was missing. Then, one day, I decided to tag along on a church campout, where I met the man of my dreams. We were happily married in the Oakland LDS temple for time and all eternity. Then, he got an acceptance letter from St. George's University Medical School in Grenada. He would finally fulfill his dream of becoming a doctor, but our travels would mean that I would have to give up my career. Although I did not want to go, his future career needed this.
So now I am a blogger, chronicling all the ups and downs of life hopping around foreign countries chasing my husband's dream of becoming a doctor. I hope you can find the fun in our travels as well at www.GoingGlenn.com.
