Bio

I was diagnosed as a celiac in 1997. In 2011, I began working with Nadia Pereverzina on a series of gluten-free cook books which offer tips and techniques for transitioning to a gluten-free lifestyle. Our books are offered on Amazon. We created a new company in the process (No Hassle Gluten-Free LLC) and are working on several products to help people through the process. I am a writer from the Pacific Northwest. I have been publishing internationally since the 1980's on a number of topics that range from gardening, to computers, to managing meetings and projects. I worked as an systems/management analyst for 30 years.  I have an interdisciplinary writing degree and certificate from Ellis College, New York Institute of Technology.
