I have two very small boys and was inspired to blog to chronicle my attempts to keep at it in the kitchen while working full time. My sisters joined in with me and together we started our blog in December 2008. Since we are all crazy for food we have no lack of inspiration, and since we are on either coasts of the US it's a fun way to keep in touch.
I try to cook from scratch as much as possible, and consume food grown locally and in season. I also love to travel and while I can't do that so easily these days, I can at least tour the world via our kitchen.
