Vegan Side Dish

This Vegan Side Dish recipe is great for any season. You can increase or decrease the amount of vegetables according to your taste, or add a new one which is fresh on the market. Strawberry Icebox Cake

Last year I made a recipe you liked so much - Filipino Mango Float. It was so easy, yet so delicious, that I decided to change it a little bit and get a new spring/summer dessert – Strawberry Icebox Cake . Plus, it will make the dish lighter for those who are controlling intake of fat and calories. When your family gets used to Zucchini Meatloaf, you can increase the amount of zucchini in it. I’ve even made it with 50% meat and 50% zucchini (with a little bit more bread crumbs to soak the moisture)....more

Cauliflower Crust Pizza

I’ve been planning to make this Cauliflower Crust Pizza for over a year. Even though I had lot of success with using cauliflower when I was making lighter Fettucini Alfredo of replacing part of the mashed potato with Mashed Cauliflower, still I was reluctant to try this recipe. I just couldn’t imagine how can cauliflower be used instead of pizza dough. The procedure itself is not complicated. You use some Riced Cauliflower, mix it with an egg and shape into a circle. Bake for 10 minutes, top with your favorite toppings and bake for 10 more minutes. That’s it!...more
