On the Menu Tonight, Sweet & Sour Chicken

This is an insanely easy recipe that is incredibly tasty served over Rice, Rice and Beans, or Rice and Corn.  You can’t kill the sauce if you follow the basic recipe.  If it thickens too much during cooking, simply add a bit of water.  Even the kids like this one...
