Anxiously Awaiting

I never dreamed that the day would come that I would be anxiously waiting to get up out of bed and walk! I get butterflies in my stomach on  the ride to the cemetery so I can get out there and get started! For someone who is overweight and use to hate to walk this is amazing in my mind. Push Forward

Sometimes things seem so difficult you just don't know if you can keep going. You don't know where to turn or where to go.  What to say or what to do.  What can help you through this?  What can help you to blow off your steam, help you to unwind, help to calm emotions? One thing that keeps me going is my walking.
