Weekly House Update-Week 18

Healthy Summer Buffalo "Chicken" Burgers

Most of us tend to turn towards healthier foods in the summer. We don’t want to feel weighed down after a meal when we are out running around in shorts, skirts, and bathing suits, so a lot of the time our favorite pastas and heavy casseroles are shelved until fall. We love to grill in the summer but haven’t been able to much at our apartment. That has definitely put a damper on some of our favorite summer foods like shish-kabobs and steaks so we’ve turned to other light options....more
