Waking up every morning and firing up my Apple I find myself reading the CBC website - hunting for nuggets of Canadian news. The last few days - when I am pulling on capri pants for my sojourn to the gym, and opting for hoodies and vests rather then full winter garb - I can't help but feel for my Canadian brothers and sisters. Tofu Stuffed Cabbage Wraps and Sesame Greens....

I just had to share my latest recipes! The turned out exceptionally well, and were so yummy that I couldn't help but tell the world.....
