Sweaty Tuesday + Really Good Recent Eats

Hey, hey! I had a very sweaty Tuesday. I taught hot yoga at 6 a.m., 9:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and also took a class at 11:15 a.m. My 6 a.m. was hilarious…I had two people walk in at 6:30 a.m. half way through class and rolling out their mats thinking it was Monday (our Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes start at 6:30) ....more
