Out of balance and not listening to your own body.....

I became a single mom at the ripe old age of 22.  I remember the morning it happened like it was yesterday.  I am 57 now, having been thrown into retirement by a rare neurologic disorder after a routine out patient surgery.  I started in a clerical position and managed a stellar career resulting in a senior corporate excec position.  In the four years I have been "home" I have been struggling to find out who I am without the assistant, captive audience and engaging clients/staff.   I have been stunned by what I "see" in my kids who are now adults....more
