Mama's First Epic Self-Fail

BK (before kids), I took good care of myself.  I worked out four times a week.  I ate at least one salad a day.  I rarely ate junk food.  I slept at least 8 hours a night.  I was in incredible shape.  And now...not so much.  I don't take good care of myself because I am too busy caring for everyone else, which is a terrible excuse, but at some point, something had to give. ...more

What took me so long?

Starting a blog has been on my "to do" list for several years, but with three daughters under the age of four, including a set of two year old twins, there hasn't been much brain power left for much of anything.  I am so happy to be starting what I hope will be an interesting place for conversation, sharing experiences, and laughing when I feel like crying....more
