Nachos - Quick and Easy

What you will need:

Baking Dish (9 X 11), a bag or two of your favorite tortilla chips, chunk of fresh cheese to grate (mix two kinds of cheese for even better flavor). Grating fresh cheese is best for flavor, but for convenience shredded cheese is an option. Note: salsa can be a layer as well or served after the baking with the Nachos.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Layer the ingredients above beginning with first layer of tortilla chips. Repeat until last (top) layer is cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.

Serve with bowls of salsa, guacamole and sour cream for all the fixings.

Optional: Include a layer during prep of canned beans (rinsed and drained). Even seasond, cooked ground beef makes a full meal of Nachos.
