My blog is about a lot of different things. I like to think of it as a slice of life. Recent topics include family life, my job as a home-health physical therapist, the recent passing of my dad from ALS and my efforts to exercise and become a better runner.
But mostly I just blog about whatever happens to be on my mind. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's sad, sometimes it's both. I like to think of it as my own personal therapy. My friends who read it tell me they love my blog posts, so I must be doing something right.
