The nurses draw an X where the abnormality sits to help the radiologists prepare for biopsies. Staring at five X-es across my chest, in May, I knew that life as I loved it was over.
One abnormality was malignant. They tell me more malignant cells were seen in my nodes. This is how I ended up being 26 and figuring out breast cancer and life.
