The title is inspired by Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery. In the last chapter, the plans Anne had made for her life were stopped by what she called a "bend in the road". Everyone has disappointments in their life and it's how you handle those disappointments that matter. This blog is about realistic fiction (of the juvenile fiction variety) and is a place where I keep track of the books I read. It's sort of evolving, just like me.
