I am the resident manager at a transitional housing ministry. We provide a food pantry for the residents that is filled with mostly canned and dry foods. Over and over again I have seen the need for residents to be given simple and inexpensive ideas and recipes for meals. I hope others in positions like mine, or those who just want to save some money and use up pantry ingredients can use this blog as a resource.
