    I write for those who want to eat home cooked meals for lunch but don't want to put in the time and mess that could otherwise discourage the making of lunch entirely. There is no peeling, chopping, baking, blanching, etc. in my recipes. Meals are largely assembled from pre-washed and pre-sliced packaged foods. And tasks have been simplified for maximum benefit.
