Primally Inspired is a website with real, whole food recipes that are geared toward the Paleo and Primal lifestyle. All the recipes are gluten free, grain free and focus on real food ingredients. The other half of the website focuses on home fitness routines that require little to no equipment. They are easy to follow workouts with pictures and detailed descriptions of all the exercises. Project Courtney is where I keep tabs on things. Sometimes I'll discover something that makes my life easier and I want to drill it into my head by writing about it. I’m always trying to be a better parent, so I’ll post to sort through all of that. I know how to enjoy food and I share recipes. Often, I want to form a new habit or break a bad one, so I put it out there to keep myself accountable. Other times, I’m just typing away something that bums me out.
