The Raw Food Recipe Project is my mission to explore the world of living food creations. I experiment with recipes from all different sources including raw food books, blogs, websites, ebooks, and my own creations from time to time. Raw vegan recipes are filled with nature's finest ingredients in their healthiest form: raw with living enzymes intact. Cooking food kills the enzymes, vitamins and other nutrients in food, leaving our bodies craving more. Eating raw, living food gives our bodies the nutrients it needs, leaving energy to fight and prevent disease.

Now I’m an avid runner and a wannabe Zumba instructor, studying for my group fitness certification. I’ve finally reached a healthy weight, and I’m learning how to maintain it. My journey of health, wellness, and happiness continues at Reading Cookbooks....more
