The aphrodisiac chocolate, the exotic perfume of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, fruit, liquor, heavy cream, beaten egg whites, sugary egg yolks and more ingredients are the main characters of this blog, which united in mysterious ways create true delights for our palate. And if we speak of aroma, we could say that nothing brings more warmth to a home than the smell of sweet bread or fresh baked cookies. But the king of the desserts is the cake. However, we make no promises that we will provide exact measurements as we all feel the biggest key to becoming a chef is tasting your food as you go (plus it's more fun that way). My diagnosis with gluten intolerance in December 2007 changed everything about the way I cook and eat. This blog tells about my culinary attempts, discoveries and adaptations... and will hopefully inspire others to open their minds to the immense possibilities of a (delicious) gluten free diet.
