    CaneLaWomyn started as an idea to address issues of social justice, education, politics and just real life experiences that people have everyday. I found myself having conversations about these themes regularly and decided to open them up to create a larger community of conscious thinkers.  The name CaneLaWomyn was inspired by the 2010 Census' notion of Black and White politics.
