I'm a New-Yorker at heart although I have lived in Texas for 20 years. Ive been married for almost 2 years and me and my husband welcomed our daughter Madison in September 2009.
Madison was born with a condition called hip-dysplasia and has spent the majority of her life in a harness and most recently, a full body cast. Most of my blog is devoted to andecdotes about life with Madison. In my former life, I worked in sales and marketing but do to a recent lay off I can be found scrubbing toilets and watching Yo Gabba Gabba with my daughter.

I’m 28 and I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere with my boyfriend, Superdad and my son, Superboy. I’m 5’4″ and 2 years ago (2010) I weighed a whopping 300lbs. I was killing myself slowly with food.
