I am a new mama to a little girl, Andie, and live in Northern California. I am married to my goofy best friend and we LOVE to travel. I work for a non profit, enjoy writing, and love food (if only I could cook well!). You can usually find me out and about with my guy and our little girl, running, in front of my computer, watching Sex & The City, shopping, eating at In N Out, cuddling with my two weenie dogs, or at happy hour with my girlfriends. We're Martha and Ruth, and our sons (now in their 20s!) had so many issues growing up ... we spent many times crying at each other's kitchen table, and just as many making each other laugh.
Our kids are now in their 20s and doing great! And if only we had had a little long-term perspective along the way .......more
