New to BlogHer today!!

Hello all! My name is Carol and I love to be frugal!! I am not new to blogging, I have been blogging on blogspot for 2 years, but I am new to BlogHer as of today!! I hope you will all take a moment to check out my blog and post a comment. There is always a new freebie waiting there for you too!!

I am a work at home mom of 2 and wife to 1. I like to scrapbook, bargain hunt, read blogs, garden and watch reality tv!

Hi there from another newbie

I'm also new as of today and also a frugal gal! We match!

I promise that's the last exclamation point, though. (I've been a little trigger happy with them today... must be the heat.)

My blog is a little bit off the mainstream frugal stuff -- though I think everyone's blog is unique, obviously, since it's different viewpoints. I have chronic fatigue and my husband has health issues, as well. Not only does this lower our income significantly, but it also means that I often can't take advantage of a lot of frugal tips that I read. What helps a lot of people save money is often not something that's feasible for me, physically.

Anyway, Carol, as one newbie to another, I will definitely have to check out your blog. Have a great rest of the weekend.

Disable the rich text editor

Hi seattlegirluw,

If you're going to use html in your post, you'll need to disable the rich text editor before you paste the code - or else it will just be visible code in your post/comment.

(To disable on a post by post or comment by comment basis, click "disable rich text" underneath the post box. To disable every time, go to "my account" and click "account settings". Select "rich text tiny MCE" to expand the menu - click disable and scroll down to save your changes.)

Carol - edit your profile!

If you go into your BlogHer profile and add your blog to the section called "Sites" people will be able to find your blog more easily when they click your linked name on BlogHer.com (if you include the RSS feed, it will feed the title of your most recent posts as well.)
