I love winter evenings. What does it look like down your street?

Your turn: What does winter look like where you live these days? Tell me in the comments or leave a link to your picture!

Actually this year in So Cal...we haven't had any resemblance of winter. I am not a snow girl...but I do miss the chill. Still picking peppers from the garden though, and that is nice :)
My street looks BORING because we have hardly gotten any snow this winter. I live in Central Jersey and I was reading your old blog posts this weekend from when you lived in New Jersey and boy, we sure did get a lot of snow during the 05/06 winter! I would have liked one really nice snowfall this year so we could have had a snow day, but so far nothing. We did get snow on Halloween this year though.
ms_consuela i would love to read blog posts from back then! how did you find them? could you post a link please!!
Well since I live in Dixie, my winters are heavenly. I like that I can come north and get my snow fix but I can stay here and enjoy sunshine and blue skies almost every day.

That's what a typical winter day looks like for me.
This is what our street looks like most winters... from January to March.
Here's the view out my back door (we live on a boat in California, so there isn't much in the way of street. Or winter for that matter!): http://www.flickr.com/photos/norasawyer/6453842297...
Sunset over Pikes Peak...Looking west from Peyton, CO. Nothing more glorious than God's art in the sky ....
Here's how it looks in the snow. On a clear day it's less interesting.
