Crawling out of my shell to say Hi

Hello BlogHer community,

My name is Sheila. I'm from St. Louis. I'm 29 year old, divorced singleton. I started my blog to help me get through a rough time with PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder) after a car wreck.

I work in IT, but, also, freelance write. I love to write about people's life stories. In addition, to my PTSD blog, I will be posting a sex and dating blog soon. I spend a lot of my evenings teaching women about their bodies and sex, eliminating myths and trying to improve their overall lives.

Any feedback and/or questions are always welcomed. I love meeting new people online.
