BlogHer Original Post
Weekend Herb Blogging started as a joke, but now it's an event where food bloggers around the world share information and recipes which spotlight herbs, plants, veggies and flowers. Every Sunday I publish the recap, and I'm going to mention a few herb blogging posts on Blogher each week.
This week, from Jersey in the Channel Islands (U.K.) Rice and Noodles tells about Holy Basil. From Cambridge, England, Gastronomy Domine talks of about exploring Anglesey Abbey Gardens, including an old English recipe for beer made from silver birch sap. From Singapore, Mana Makan - The Feast Crusade blogs about Hou Xi Fatt Choy, a great soup she made for Chinese New Year. Finally, from Bangalore, Karnataka, India, Myriad Tastes writes about dill leaf used in Rice Dish Flavoured with Dill Leaves. You can see more herb blogging posts in the Weekend Herb Blogging Recap.
