A San Francisco man who got stranded in the snowy wilderness with his family nearly two weeks ago was found dead in a mountain creek.
James Kim’s body was discovered in Oregon’s snowy Klamath Mountains two days after his wife and two daughters were rescued from their car, stuck on a remote road. Kim had set out on foot over the weekend to find help for his family.

Too sad to even contemplate
A man trying to save his family and he loses his life. I was SO hoping for a miracle to end this story. What a blessing his wife and girls were found alive, but my heart breaks for that family.

I was out all day -- they've found him dead? I'm sorry to hear that, that's very sad.
It's amazing that the wife and daughters survived for so long.
