In order to promote healthy blogger lifestyle...It's easy. Everyday I will check my blog for the number of comments received. If there are 10 comments, I will walk/bike for 10 minutes. You can support me by commenting on my blog or making your own pledge to exercise for comments...
I love this idea! The concpet was originally thought up by Barbara on her blog Trying to Catch Up. Barbara and Sunflower aren't alone either, Veronika from A Day in the Life of Veronika, Dee Jay, and several other bloggers are joining her.
Gem says she will do two sit ups for every comment, Renee will exercise one minute on her eliptical trainer for each comment and Lynda says:
I will eat .01 ounce of chocolate per comment on Barbara's blog, not to exceed 1 ounce per day.
Okay, maybe Lynda has a different take on the concept of working for comments, but overall I think it's a great idea. Go help these ladies get in shape!
