The two Michelles from Not Just on Sunday (no, really, they are both named Michelle) write about their shared love for the Miami Dolphins.
These two met in a bar watching football. I think I would get along with them pretty well.
I'm not sure what the whole story is (maybe I can get back to you on this later) but listen to this:
we started out with a plane ticket to Pittsburgh and no clue about what we were doing……..and now we’ve got plane tickets to Miami for Super Bowl weekend and a camera crew from NFL Films following us while we interview fans!!!
NFL Films? The Super Bowl? These ladies are my new heroes. I've had some fantastic opportunites that have come up for me since I started blogging, but nothing on this level. Plus, they got to meet JERRY RICE!
I don't know if I should be jealous of them or just proud.
I'm going to go with proud.
You can read more from the Michelles on their other website called Michelle and Michelle Rock the NFL. And you know what? They really do rock.

Is it too late ...
Is it too late to change my name to Michelle???
sigh.
guess that's not the entire trick! I too am proud of what these blogging chicks have done. Now, besides being happy to cheer for da Bears in two weeks, I will be able to live the experience vicariously through them.

The two Michelles are fun. I usually read their postings at my favorite site for Female Football Fans, www.ivillage.com/femalefan.
Last week the site filled me in on Super Bowl history, and this week I got tips on throwing a Super Bowl Party. They recommend a television in the bathroom, a warning about latecoming guests and an important detail about serving VERY crunchy snacks far away from the TV.
