Marshall Kirkpatrick interviewed blogher Nancy White on Netsquared.
While the interview, presented as an IM transcript with lots of wonderful photos, is definitely worth a read. Nancy shared her thoughts about facilitating real-time online group communication and the larger thematic issues of online "community." They also cover the idea of blogging as a support network for people struggling with medical issues discussed at length.
Nancy also shared some thoughts on how to bring social change and non profit perspectives into any conversation. She also had a lot of great ideas for how a face-to-face conference can mix technical and social elements and uses of openspace technology.
