Yoga with the Kids

It's easy to talk about getting into shape. It is to say you are going to make time to exercise. I've been really meaning to get off of my butt and start doing some sort of physical activity every day. It is mostly for me, but it is also for my kids. What kind of example am I setting for them? I feel like they should see me trying to be healthy so that they develop healthy habits as they grow up.
I feel like I've done a decent job of eating fruits and vegetables in front of them every day, and I try to limit my intake of chips and cookies when they are paying attention.
When it is nice out we can go on walks and run around outside, but how can I involve them in exercise when my yard is one big sheet of ice?
I know that a lot of mothers do yoga with their kids. I know that Mommy and Me style yoga classes exist, but I have reservations about taking two two year olds into something like that. Plus, it can be expensive.
I would really love to do some yoga with them at home. The problem is I don't know jack squad about yoga. Can any of you recommend any DVD's I can get that the three of us can use to learn about yoga? I think that this could be a really good activity a couple of times a week for the family.
