
Hi, I'm fairly new to the blogging world. I decided to start mine because people were always asking me what i was eating and for the recipes. This is not your typical food blog. It's geared towards people with IBS, candida, lactose intolerant, vegetarian and who suffer from digestive problems. All my recipes are ones i've come across over the years and adjusted to accomodate my dietary needs. I write a little blurb about the 'alternative ingredients'. Everything is healthy and good for you. Check it out or pass it along to someone who it may be of interest too.

Thanks for sharing this! I'm always looking for a good food blog, not that I actually cook or anything, and one with an "easy 2 digest" twist is even better because my partner has Crohn's.
