Saludos desde el sur / Hi from the south

Hi, I am Gabriela De Cicco. I am a lesbian feminist journalist, writer, blogger and activist from Argentina, and I become a Blogher member 4 days ago.

I live in Rosario, a beautiful city surrounded by the Parana River. I live with Irene Ocampo, my partner for 14 year, and our two black cats: Greta y Catita.

We coordinate an independent and alternative Women Information Network, named RIMA: Red Informativa de Mujeres de Argentina since 2000.

I also work since 2003 as moderator of the spanish bulletin of AWID, a canadian NGO for women's rights.

I also teach at the University European Literature and I give creative writing workshops elsewhere.

I have 4 poetry books published, you could read some of my poems and articles too in my Link Textweb page (a little bit left aside since I begun to write my blog!).
