BlogHer CE Denise asked a couple weeks ago about blogs discussing foraged foods such as weeds, wild berries, and mushrooms. I thought some of the gardening blogs had discussed this, and went out searching for more information.  Surprisingly, I didn't find a lot, and none in my gardening blogs.

Wise Bread talks about edible weeds.

Stop the Ride (a frugal living blog) has an entire catagory on eating and preparing foraged food!

Another Woman's Treasure
discusses Michael Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma and the concept of "usufruct", and pointed out the fallenfruit.org project.

That was it.  Do you know anyone else blogging about foraged foods??

Debra Roby blogs her art at A Stitch in Time and her life at Deb's Daily Distractions .

...this has just come onto my radar. I do know our state "women in the outdoors" group (sponsored by the women turkey hunter's club. Gotta love Ohio) teaches classes about edible plants. This might be available elsewhere.
