When I was trying to decide what I was going to write about this week it seemed so obvious. Mike Vick. The man is a superstar quarterback in the NFL and he got busted for being involved in training dogs for a dogfighting ring. Everybody is talking about it, and really, the post writes itself.
But you know what? Senor Mexico (Michael Vick used the alias Ron Mexico when he went to his herpes doctor. It was a big news story a couple of years ago.) is just going to have to wait. You know why? Sure you do. BLOGHER IS THIS WEEK! I leave for Chicago on Thursday and I can barely contain my glee.
There is a certain little meme going around that was started up by my friend Kelly. I met Kelly in San Jose at BlogHer last year and I was immediately smitten. I would do anything she said. Hey, Sarah, take a picture of me licking Dooce. Okay.
Sure I already did this on my personal blog, but I thought I would give it a sports twist here.
