Of course your mother always told you to eat your vegetables, and everyone knows that vegetables are good for you. But, a vegetable a day for a whole year . . .
That's the accomplishment of Blogher contributing editor Alanna Kellogg, who just completed an entire year of vegetable recipes on her blog, A Veggie Venture. Alanna is a second generation food writer, following in the footsteps of her mother to write a column called Kitchen Parade.
I've been personally inspired by Alanna to try vegetables I've never eaten and eat more vegetables on a regular basis, and I'd like to thank her and congratulate her on this accomplishment. I can't wait to see what the next year will bring for her.

Thanks for the heads up
I am getting rather tired of raw carrots with peanut butter, I'll have to check it out.
