Mary Lawrence is executive chef and owner of Well on Wheels, Connecticut's premier vegan personal chef service, president of Ethical Epicure Enterprises which offers vegan culinary tours, corporate workshops, and wellness retreats, and founder of Vegan Home School which teaches home chefs how to create culinary masterpieces like the pros. She is a conference speaker and frequent guest on radio and TV, including WNPR's "The Colin McEnroe Show" WWLP-TV’s “Mass Appeal,” WTNH-TV's "CT Style."
