Revealing a Preference for Miracle Whip and Other Pantry Secrets

One of the more interesting concepts for a food blog I've come across recently is The Perfect Pantry, where a professional food writer photographs and writes about what's in her cupboard, freezer, refrigerator, or spice rack, then shares a recipe using that ingredient. If you think this sounds like a boring topic for a blog, take a look!
I've been a little fascinated with Lydia's blog ever since I discovered it, although I was shocked by her recent confession that she prefers (gasp) Miracle Whip over mayonnaise. Luckily she had already hooked me with her writings about flour tortillas, Garam Masala, and Chili Paste with Garlic. See for yourself what an intersting assortment of things Lydia has in her cupboard, freezer, refrigerator, and spice rack.
Contributing editor Kalyn Denny stocks her own cupboard, freezer, refrigerator, and spice rack, and also blogs at Kalyn's Kitchen.
