People. BlogHer '06 has unofficially begun. Tonight (also known as last night) I shared a table and broke some tortilla with some of the most bad ass mommybloggers around.

Which mommyblogger is so hot she brought homemade chocolate candies she made for us even though temperatures soared above 100 degrees F while she was slaving away in the kitchen? Yep, that's Kari of The Karianna Spectrum.

Which mommyblogger looks as young as a teenage girl even though she has seven kids, thereby making the rest of us want seven kids if only we could look as good as her? Yep, that's Chris of Notes from the Trenches.

Which mommyblogger is funny, pretty, and nice and is going to walk a gazillion miles next weekend to raise money for breast cancer research? Yep, that's Mir of Woulda Coulda Shoulda.

Which mommyblogger brought home four of Kari's bags of candy, has a clothes fetish, and wore her BlogHo shoes to dinner? Why that would be yours truly!

Which mommyblogger brought her adorable baby girl and sat next to me? (I was so excited!) Yep, that's Amanda of Mandajuice.

Which mommyblogger came down off her mountain and brought her sweet baby E with her? Gwendomama!

Which mommyblogger brought her computer and took funny photos with that Mac silly photo application that I don't know the name of because I don't have a Mac? You're right -- Squid of The Adventures of Leelo and his Potty-mouthed Mom.

Which mommyblogger wore the world's cutest mini skirt and ended up showing us her underalls at evening's end? Yes, that's our Badgermama.

Which mommyblogger came all the way from Southern California by way of Sacramento just to hang out and liveblog some BlogHer sessions? If you guess Donna of SoCal Mom's Travel Blog, you're right!

Which mommyblogger says, "Ya'll" a lot and has the best manicure west of Dallas? Uh huh, that's Jenn of Mommy Needs Coffee (and about a million other blogs, too!)

Which mommyblogger is also named Jen, but also goes by the name Jenijen and who seems much calmer than her blog name would imply? Yep, Jen from Not Calm (dot com) was there!

Which mommyblogger has a guy friend she likes to call Mr. X who came with her to dinner? That would be Mindy of The Mommy Blog.

Which mommyblogger is wickedly funny, lives in The City, and has over 800 people subscribed to her blog on Bloglines alone? Why that would be Stefania of CityMama.

Which bloggers are friends of mommybloggers? Well, Savtadotty, Kristie Wells, Elkit in Wonderland, and Naked Jen, for a start!

And to help honor these lovely mommies of blogging, Elisa, Lisa, and Jory were there, too. And if you have a party two days before BlogHer and THE BlogHeristas show up? Yep, you are bad ass allright.
