These two bloggers, Ann Crady and Yael Pasternak Valek, are from Mayasmom.com, a resource wiki for moms. Because I write about nonprofit/ do*good things, they were asking me about places for people to volunteer with their families. I recommended checking out VolunteerMatch, Hands On Network, the volunteer section of Craig's List and the Points of Light Foundation Directory of Volunteer Centers.
Where else do you look for volunteer opportunities for your family?
