I've made my own ratatouille ( http://kitchen-parade.blogspot.com/2002/10/ratatou... ) already this summer, it's a real winner. Very low cal and carb, too! Bea's "conversations" are priceless. You can just hear the accent!

Thanks Debra and Denise. I was quite inspired by the recipe myself. Plus I thought her story about her French grandmother and how she learned to like it were quite charming.
I do have zucchini, tomatoes, and peppers all in my garden, and I'm going to try her recipe.
