I love ratatouillie

Have trouble spelling it.. but love to make and eat it! And this recipe does look perfect!

It's pretty!

I'm adding ratatouillie to the menu for next week - which reminds me, I need to order my veggies from the farm. I almost forgot and probably would have forgotten if it weren't for this post.

Kalyn, you're a lifesaver!

Thanks Debra and Denise.

Thanks Debra and Denise. I was quite inspired by the recipe myself. Plus I thought her story about her French grandmother and how she learned to like it were quite charming.

I do have zucchini, tomatoes, and peppers all in my garden, and I'm going to try her recipe.

I've made my own ratatouille

I've made my own ratatouille already this summer, it's a real winner. Very low cal and carb, too! Bea's "conversations" are priceless. You can just hear the accent!
