I am a Colorado food blogger creating original recipes that are gluten free and free of refined sugars.  I have been blogging since 2010 and made that dietary shift in 2011. My focus is on seasonal, local produce and many of my recipes are influenced by whatever shows up in the C.S.A. share or at the Farmers' market.  When I am not blogging, I am teaching at the University of Colorado.
