I am a Colorado food blogger creating original recipes that are gluten free and free of refined sugars.  I have been blogging since 2010 and made that dietary shift in 2011. My focus is on seasonal, local produce and many of my recipes are influenced by whatever shows up in the C.S.A. share or at the Farmers' market.  When I am not blogging, I am teaching at the University of Colorado.

Stubb’s Brisket Chili

In my latest box of goodies received from Stubb’s I was excited to see some of their new cooking sauces, including the one I used for this excellent chili. This was really, really good, and the kit comes with a package of sauce and a separate spice rub packet, which allows you to adapt the heat to your own preferred level.
