These are amazing. I'm just saying .... I ate 6 of them. And yeah, I feel pretty sick. I need a pickle, or a handful of capers, or string cheese. Something to cut the cup of sugar I just consumed. If you like cheesecake you'll like these Nutella Bites. They really aren't overly sweet .... unless you eat 6 of course : )
Graham Cracker Crust (Ingredients)
1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
Nutella Filling (Ingredients)
2-8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup Nutella
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line 2 - 12 slot muffin tins with paper.
2. Combine all ingredients for the Graham cracker crust in a medium bowl. Mix well. Fill cupcake liners with graham cracker mixture and bake cupcake crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and chill in freezer until cold.
3. For the filling, use a mixer and combine cream cheese and sugar together until well blended. Stir in vanilla, whipping cream, and Nutella. Mix on medium to high speed until it's fluffy and thick. (About 3 minutes)
5. Pour filling into chilled pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Freeze for 4 hours until the filling is set and the tart is firm. I store mine in the freezer (covered) and remove 5 minutes before serving.
